The control system applied to this type of crane is an electronic management system, which adopts CAN bus technology, has intelligent fault diagnosis function and is equipped with intelligent color display. 3. The pendant plate made of high-strength plate, which has taken the place of traditional wire rope, has the advantages of excellent rigidity, light weight, great load-bearing capacity and low wind drag etc. 4. The crane is equipped with a self-assembly/dismantling system. No auxiliary crane is required for loading, unloading, assembly and dismantling. 5. The manufacturing capability and manufacturing level of structural member is in the leading position in the same trade; all the welding seams of boom frame have been given 100% ultrasonic inspection. 6. The operator's cab can tilt forward and backward 20¡ã automatically. 7. The crane is equipped with Cummins electronic diesel injection engine which has CAN-bus interface and strong rated output power. 8. The closed slewing mechanism has controllable free swing function which can reduce the impacts on the crane and ensure that superstructure starts/stops slewing more stably. The external slewing ring and slewing reducer with great load-bearing capacity and high precision can ensure stable and precise slewing motion. 9. The traveling mechanism can make the crane have high maneuverability and perform such motions as traveling in straight line, one-side crawler steering, differential steering and turning on the spot as well as traveling with load. 10. The crane has many varied configuration options: main boom, main boom with fixed jib, and main boom with luffing jib. Therefore it can satisfy various construction requirements. 11. 1.Boom and Pendant Plate |
The boom is lattice structure and made of high-strength hot
seamless pipe imported from Germany. Pendant plate is made of
high-strength plate material. Slewing gear |
The slewing gear, driven by hydraulic motor, adopts closed

Traveling mechanism |
Both the right and the left track frame are equipped with a
hydraulic motor and reducer which are respectively imported
from Germany and Italy. The reducer is planetary reducer with
normally closed disc brake. With this traveling mechanism,
crawler crane can finish all inds of motions such as straightline
traveling, one-sided steering, differential steering, spot
turn and traveling with load etc. Traveling speed: 0-1.3km/h Gradeability: 30% . |
Mast raising mechanism |
The mast can be raised by two-stage piston cylinder. The mechanism is used for raising mast to the front of slewing table so as to carry out self-assembly/dismantling of track frame and connect the boom. |
Operator s cab rotary and pitching mechanism |
In transporting condition, the cab faces forward; while in working state, it is rotated to the left side. Under both conditions, the position of the cab must be fixed by pin. The cab can be raised upwards 20 to broaden the operator's vision. |
Counterweight and counterweight assembly/ dismantling
mechanism |
The elevation of counterweight can be accomplished by cylinder. During elevating process, the direction is controlled by guide block. After the counterweight is raised to limiting position, insert pin by hand. The counterweight assembly/dismantling mechanism is equipped with antiswing chain. The total weight of counterweight is about 41000kg. |
Outrigger raising mechanism and track self- assembly/
dismantling mechanism |
The outrigger raising mechanism is used for selfassembly/
dismantling of track frame, and outriggers can sway
back and forth, and lift up and down. Its floats can be
dismantled. The bearing capacity of a single outrigger is 25t. While track self-assembly/dismantling mechanism is used for assembling/dismantling crawlers, and pin spindles which connect with crawlers and basic machine are assembled /dismantled by cylinder. |
3.Systems |
Hydraulic system |
Hydraulic system consists of main pump, control valve,
hydraulic motor, hydraulic oil tank and cooler etc. Hydraulic
system adopts pump control system and its main components
such as pump, motor and main valves are all imported from
Germany. Main hydraulic pump: piston dual variable displacement pump with electro-hydraulic proportional control Slewing pump: piston pump with electro-hydraulic proportional control. Auxiliary pump: gear pump. Main control valve: pilot electro-hydraulic control valve Control method of main loop: variable displacement main pump+ main reversing valve. They are both controlled by two joysticks. Hydraulic oil tank capacity: 700L. Cooler: aluminium radiator with electric fan. |
Electrical system |
This system with 24V DC and earth negative, has two 195 AH accumulators, three PLC controllers, two monitor displays. The engine is equipped with independent control system. The complete vehicle adopts CAN-bus technology, which is connected with all electric elements and possesses trouble detecting and self-diagnosis function. |

Centralized display system |

4.Safety equipment |
Load moment limiter |
It consists of sensors and digital LCD. When actual load moment reaches 90% of rated load moment, the crane will issue an acoustooptic warning; when it reaches rated load moment, the crane will stop working automatically. Overflow valves of hydraulic system |
It can restrain the abnormal high pressure in loop to prevent hydraulic oil pump and hydraulic motor from being damaged and prevent hydraulic system from overloading. |
Hoisting limiter |
Prevent hook from lifting excessively and avoid accidents occurring. |
Boom angle indicator |
It is mounted at the lower rear side of foot section (namely the right side of operator s cab). The driver can observe the elevation angle of boom clearly from the cab. |
Motion limiter |
The system can ensure that the angle of actuating arm is within the specified range. |

It adopts all-steel structure. Its four sides are made of hardened
glass, and the roof and the front window are furnished with
laminated glass. It is equipped with sun visor, adjustable seat,

display, switches, air conditioner, fan, illumination lamp, radio
(it can be equipped with CD player or DVD player), cigarette
lighter, fire extinguisher etc. |
